exceptionally comfortable bed in standard room with central heating, a safe and multi-channel television. nice design. early check-in, parking on site. had free wi-fi in the rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the heart of the city was ideal, with shopping malls just a short walk away. The front desk and concierge staff, especially Kani and Mr. Aziz, were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient. The airport transfers arranged by the hotel were accurate and worth the price. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring that our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel to families.

One negative aspect is that there are fees for early check-ins, which can be more expensive compared to other hotels.

During my recent stay at a 4-star hotel, I was impressed by the central location of Evropa Hotel. It was conveniently situated, allowing easy access to restaurants and shopping options.

I wouldn't call it a negative, but as a personal preference, having blackout curtains on the windows would have been nice.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating, and spoke English well. The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the center of town and in a safe area. The room and bathroom were both clean and the bedding was comfortable. The WiFi was reliable and fast. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice selection of options.

During my recent New Year stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle service from the airport and the warm welcome by the staff. The central location was perfect for exploring the city on foot and the nearby restaurants provided great dining options. The modern rooms were well-equipped with excellent air conditioning and the hot showers were perfect after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast spread was a delicious mix of local and international cuisine.

The small room size, which may not be suitable for those looking for extra space. the lack of a gym or fitness center on-site made it difficult to maintain my daily exercise routine.

The hotel provided a free airport transfer service which was a great convenience, especially as it was in the middle of the night. The location was also great as it was only a short walk from the shopping center. the breakfast selection was great with a diverse range of options to choose from.

when we arrived, the room type that we had booked was not available and we were offered a more expensive room instead. Although the staff was friendly, it took a bit of bargaining to get a discounted rate for the upgrade.
